Download Firmware Selector Tool and driver
Steps
1. Download the Firmware Selector Tool from the EGW-3200 page of the Dell Technologies Support Site.
2. Unzip the files and open the unzipped folder.

3. Save the driver to the following folder:
\F0.1.0.0.9_AP077\SDX55_Thales_USB_x64_20220208_V023_WHQL_INF_Injection\.
