monitor session – Creates a session for monitoring.
show running-config monitor session
Display the running configuration of all monitor sessions or a specific session.
C-Series, E-Series, S-Series, S4810
Syntax
show running-config monitor session {session-ID}
To display the running configuration for all monitor sessions, use the show running-
config monitor session
command.
Parameters
session-ID (OPTIONAL) Enter a session identification number. The range 0 to
65535.

Usage
Information
The monitoring command is saved in the running configuration at the Monitor Session
mode level and can be restored after a chassis reload.
