Removing the I/O board

Prerequisites
1 Remove the battery.
2 Remove the optical drive.
3 Remove the keyboard.
4 Remove the base cover.
5 Remove the hard drive.
Procedure
1 Open the latch, and disconnect the I/O-board cable from the I/O board.
2 Push the securing tab to release the I/O board from the palm-rest assembly.
