Removing the fan

Prerequisites
1 Remove the battery.
2 Remove the optical drive.
3 Remove the keyboard.
4 Remove the base cover.
Procedure
1 Disconnect the fan cable from the system board.
2 Remove the two screws (M2x5) that secure the fan to the palm-rest assembly.
