Removing the display assembly

Prerequisites
1 Remove the battery.
2 Remove the optical drive.
3 Remove the keyboard.
4 Remove the base cover.
5 Remove the wireless card.
Procedure
1 Peel the tape that adheres the display cable to the system board.
2 Open the latch that secures the display cable into position.
3 Disconnect the display cable from the system board.
