Removing the Speakers

Prerequisites
1 Remove the battery.
2 Remove the base cover.
3 Remove the optical drive.
4 Remove the keyboard.
5 Remove the palm rest.
6 Remove the fan.
7 Remove the wireless card.
8 Remove the system board.
9 Remove the power-adapter port.
10 Remove the display assembly.
Procedure
1 Note the speaker-cable routing and remove the speaker cable from its
routing guides on the computer base.
2 Note the position of the rubber grommets before lifting the speaker
cable.
