Removing the fan

Prerequisites
1 Remove the base cover.
2 Remove the battery.
Procedure
1 Remove the screws that secure the fan to the palm-rest assembly.
2 Disconnect the fan cable from the system board.
3 Peel off tape that secures the fan cable to the palm-rest assembly.
