Removing the fan

Prerequisites
Remove the base cover.
Procedure
1 Disconnect the fan cable from the system board.
2 Peel the tape that secures the fan cable to the fan.
3 Remove the two screws (M2x2) that secure the fan to the palm-rest assembly.
4 Lift the fan o the palm-rest assembly.
