Using Your Inspiron Desktop
1 Back panel connectors — Connect USB,
audio, video, and other devices to the
appropriate connectors.
2 Expansion card slots — Provide
access to connectors on any installed
PCIExpress cards.
3 Power supply light — Indicates power
availability of the power supply.
NOTE: The power supply light may not
be available on all computers.
4 Voltage selector switch — Allows you to
select the voltage rating appropriate for
your region.
5 Power connector — Connects to the
power cable. The appearance of this
connector may vary.
6 Security cable slot — Allows you to
attach a commercially available security
cable to the computer.
NOTE: Before you buy a security cable,
ensure that it fits into the security cable
slot on your computer.
7 Padlock rings — Allows you to
attach a standard padlock to prevent
unauthorized access to the interior of
your computer.
