1. Connect the battery cable, keyboard Flexible Printed Circuits (FPC), and touchpad Flexible Flat Cable (FFC) to the system
board.
2. Place the palm-rest assembly and the keyboard on the computer chassis.
3. Align and place the base cover on the computer, and snap the base cover latches into place.
4. Replace the nine captive screws that secure the palm-rest assembly to the computer chassis.
NOTE:
For laptops without WWAN support, use a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the captive screws. For 2-in-1s with
WWAN support, use a T6 Torx screwdriver to tighten the captive screws.
