Installing the heat sink
1. Place the heat sink in the computer.
2. Tighten the captive screws to secure the heat sink to the system board.
3. Route the WLAN antenna cables along the channels on the system board.
4. Install the:
a. system fan
b. base cover
c. battery
5. Follow the procedure in After working inside your computer.
Removing the display assembly
1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the:
a. battery
b. base cover
3. To disconnect the display cables:
a. Disconnect the antenna cables from WLAN card.
b. Unroute the antenna cables from the WLAN card.
c. Remove the screw that secures the bracket over the display cable and remove the bracket.
d. Disconnect the display cable from the system board.
