About this task
The following images indicate the location of the speakers and provide a visual representation of the removal procedure.
Steps
1. Disconnect the USH board cable, LED cable, and the touchpad cable from their connectors on the system board.
2. Disconnect the speaker cable from the connector on the system board.
3. Peel the adhesive tape that secures the speaker cable.
4. Note the speaker cable routing, and remove the speaker cable from the routing guides on the palm-rest assembly.
5. Lift the speakers along with the cable off the palm-rest assembly.
