4. Follow the procedure in After working inside your computer.
Headset port
Removing the headset port
1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the following components:
a) Stand
b) Back cover
c) System board shield
d) Base cover
e) I/O bracket
f) Speakers
g) I/O board
3. Remove the single (M3x5) screw that secures the headset port to the display assembly base [1].
4. Lift the headset port with its cable from the display assembly base [2].
