CAUTION: Be extremely careful when opening the display to prevent damaging
the display assembly.

Remove the palm-rest assembly (see "Removing the Palm-Rest Assembly"
on page 29).

Turn the computer over and open the display as far as possible.

Remove the keyboard (see "Removing the Keyboard" on page 43).

Pull the pull-tab to disconnect the display cable from the system-board
connector.

Disconnect the digitizer board cable from the system-board connector.
NOTE: The digitizer board is optional and may not be present in your computer.
