External Component Removal

Outlet Cover Removal

Remove the outlet cover from the mixer's drive housing.

Drive Coupling Removal

Turn the drive coupling clockwise to detach it.

Top Cover Disassembly

Detach Top Cover Clips

Base Moulding and PCB Access

Remove Base Moulding and PCB

Unscrew the base moulding, disconnect PCB leads, and detach the PCB.

Gearbox and Motor Unit Disassembly

Extract Gearbox and Motor Unit

Lift out the gearbox and motor as a complete assembled unit.

Disassemble Gearbox Components

Remove gearbox cover, planet gear, and ring gear components.

Body Moulding and Control Assembly Disassembly

Separate Body Mouldings

Remove hinges to separate the main body mouldings.

Remove Control Module and Lever

Detach fascia, control module screw, and head lift lever assembly.
