ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT (ECU)
The Lambda ECU module receives the voltage
signal from the oxygen sensor and determines if
the amount of fuel injected to the engine should be
increased or decreased. The module will then
signal the frequency valve to adjust the fuel
Mixture.

FREQUENCY VALVE
The frequency valve regulates the pressure
in
tne
lower chambers of the fuel
distributor This
regulation will affect the normal operation of the
fuel distributor.
The frequency valve is an electrically operated
valve.
(Fig. 25).
It is
mounted on the right valve
cover and is connected to the lower chambers
(primary pressure) of the fuel distributor and the
return line to the fuel tank.
