AIR MEASUREMENT
The amount of air entering the engine is controlled
by the throttle valves, engine speed, and engine
load.
Air flowing through the air funnel (1) moves
the sensor plate (2) downward in direct proportion
to the air volume. This movement is transferred by
the balanced lever assembly (3) to the control
plunger (5) located in the fuel distributor.
