PROBLEM SOLUTION
The equipment does not switch on.
The control buttons do not work
Confirm whether the electrical plug has been fitted into the respective socket properly
and whether the On/O general button is appropriately switched.
The lever does not close completely. Check whether a capsule has been retained inside the extraction unit.
Open and close the lever again until observing that the extraction unit is clear and
unblocked.
The capsule gets stuck in the capsule housing. Check whether the used capsule tank is full. Where necessary, empty it and put the empty
tank back in its specified position.
Milk drinks are not the usual level. See the section “Cleaning and Maintaining the Milk System” (see page 84).
Luminous alerts appear which are not described in the
manual.
