1, Point the remote control at the remote sensor (@) when
operating.
2, The remote control may not be effective in the strong day
light.
3. Never get the temote control wet.
4. Replace the batteries when the performance of the remote
control becomes unstable.
NOTES:
* Do not use new and old batteries or different kinds of
baiteries together.
* During radio listening (MW/LW), ifyou operate the remote
* control extremely close,to the sound system, some noise
may be produced.

VOLUME CONTROL
1. Press [¥ VOLUME & Jon the remote control to adjust the
sound level. You can also adjust it manually by turning the
volume control [ VOLUME ] on the front panel.
GRAPHIC EQUALIZER PATTERN CONTROL
You can select the best sound setting among FLAT, HEAVY,
MILD, CLEAR and VOCAL, with easy operation, matching to
sound sources and your sound preference.
2. Press[EQ PATTERN Jon the remote control or [GRAPHIC
EQUALIZER PATTERN ]J on the front panel.
When you select the Graphic equalizer pattern other than
FLAT, “G.EQ” indicator appears in the display to tell you the
Graphic equalizer pattern.
DYNAMIC BASS effect .
3. Set[ DYNAMIC BASS = ON/ll OFF J to ON to get the rich
bass sound, then the DYNAMIC BASS indicator (@) lights
up. To tum it OFF, press [DYNAMIC BASS = ON/l OFF ]
again.
SUPER WIDE effect
4, Set{ SUPER WIDE = ON/ML OFF to ON to get the stereo
sound effect of a concert hail, then the SUPER WIDE
indicator (®) lights up. To turn it off, press [ SUPER WIDE
“a ON/EL OFF ] again.
SPECTRUM ANALYZER
5. Sound factors of your sound source are displayed with 4
bands.
NOTE: The spectrum analyzer is not affected by any sound
controls such as the graphic equalizer and dynamic bass
control.
Listening with Headphones
Insert your headphones plug into the headphones jack (@}
to enjoy private listening. Once you plug in your headphones,
the sound from the speakers will be muted.
LAUTSTARKEREGELUNG
1. Driicken Sie zum Einstellen der Lautstarke ['W VOLUME 4 }
an der Fernbedienung. Sie k6nnen wahlweise auch den
Lautstarkeregler[ VOLUME ]an der Frontplatte verwenden.
GRAPHIC EQUALIZER MIT 5 FESTPROGRAMMEN
Erméglicht ber die Programme “FLAT”, “HEAVY”, “MILD”,
“CLEAR” und “VOCAL” eine wunschgemaBe Anpassung des
Klangs an die jeweilige Tonquelle.
2. Driicken Sie [ EQ PATTERN } an der Fernbedienung oder
{ GRAPHIC EQUALIZER PATTERN j an der Frontplatie.
Wenn Sie ein anderes Equalizerprogramm als “FLAT”
wahlen, weist “G.EQ” auf dem Display darauf hin, daB der
Equalizer eingeschaltet ist.
DYNAMIC BASS-Effekt
3. Stellen [DYNAMIC BASS a= ON/L OFF ] auf ON, umden
Bafsbereich zu betonen. Die DYNAMIC BASS-Anzeige
(@) zu sehen ist. Zum Abschalten des [ DYNAMIC BASS
am ON/OFF J Stellen auf OFF. ‘
SUPER WIDE-Effekt
4. Driicken Sie die [ SUPER WIDE = ON/Si OFF ] auf ON,
so daB die SUPER WIDE-Anzeige (@) zu sehen ist. Zum
abschalten des Super wide-Effekt dricken Sie die [ SUPER
WIDE » ON/#L OFF-] erneut.
SPEKTRUMANALSATOR
5. Zeigt uber 4 Bander den klanglichen Aufbau der Tonquelle
an.
HINWEIS: Die Anzeige des Spektrumanalsators wird von
Klangeinsteliungen (z.B. equalizer oder dynamic bass) nicht
beeinfluB.
Gebrauch von kopfhérern
Fir “ganz privates” Hévergntigen schlieBen Sie ein Paar
kopfhérer an dei Kopfhérerbuchse (@) an. Wenn der
kopfhérerstecker eingesteckt ist, ist der Ton von den
Lautsprechern ausgeschaltet. 14
