Initial Start-Up

Normal Operation

Operate generator per owner's manual; engine speed increases with load.

Stopping the Generator

Disconnect Loads and Cool Down

Remove electrical loads one by one, then let the engine run for 2-3 minutes to cool.

Engine Shutdown Procedure

Turn the engine key switch to OFF and then turn the fuel valve off.

Adjusting Idle Speed

Idle Speed Adjustment Procedure

Adjust idle speed to 2680 RPM minimum, checking voltage output (50-60V) and solenoid engagement.

Solenoid and Linkage Setup

Ensure solenoid plunger fully engages without interference by positioning the mounting bracket.
