This document describes a smart lock, providing instructions for its operation, setting, and maintenance.
Function Description
The smart lock is designed for secure access control, featuring multiple unlocking methods and security features. It primarily operates using a numerical keypad for password entry. The lock includes indicators for low voltage, unlocking status, and locking status, providing visual feedback to the user.
Important Technical Specifications
- Password Length: Passwords can consist of 4 to 15 digits.
- Battery: The lock is equipped with "CR2032" batteries.
- Anti-Theft Technology: Incorporates Fake PIN password function to prevent real password exposure.
- Auto-Alarm: Activates after 4 incorrect password attempts, disabling the lock for 60 seconds.
- Power Shortage Prompt: A locking indicator light illuminates when the voltage is very low, indicating the lock cannot be operated.
- Password Retention: The last password is not lost when changing batteries.
Usage Features
1. How to Change the Button Battery:
- Insert a needle vertically into the designated hole.
- Press the needle to eject the battery holder.
- Place the button battery with the cathode side inward into the holder.
- Reinsert the battery holder into the lock body.
2. Lock & Unlock:
- Unlock:
- Input the factory default user password "1234+OK" or the management password "4321+OK".
- A long "di..." sound will be heard, and the unlocking indicator light will turn on.
- Rotate the knob within 3 seconds to open the lock.
- Note: Incorrect passwords will trigger an alarm sound ("di.. di.. di..") 3 times. A flashing signal indicates low voltage. If unlocked using the management password, the user password will revert to "1234".
- Lock:
- Rotate the knob back to the locked position.
3. Setting (Change Password):
- Input the current user password "1234+OK" or management password "4321+OK".
- A long "di..." sound will be heard, and the unlocking indicator light will turn on.
- Press "OK" for at least 2 seconds; the unlocking indicator light will twinkle.
- Input the new password (4-15 digits).
- Press "OK". A long "di..." sound confirms the password change.
- Note: The management password cannot be the same as the user password.
4. Turn On Public Mode, Set Temporary Password:
- Turn on Public Mode:
- Input the current management password + OK. A long "di..." sound will be heard, and the unlocking indicator light will turn on.
- Press "OK" for at least 2 seconds; if the unlocking indicator light twinkles, press "OK" again.
- Input "4,4" and press "OK". A long "di..." sound confirms public mode is set.
- Set Temporary Password:
- Press "OK". The unlocking indicator light will twinkle.
- Input the new temporary password (4-15 digits).
- Press "OK". A long "di..." sound confirms the temporary password is set, and the unlocking indicator light will turn on.
- Note: Temporary passwords can only be used once.
5. Turn Off Public Mode:
- Input the current management password + OK. A long "di..." sound will be heard, and the unlocking indicator light will turn on.
- Press "OK" for at least 2 seconds; if the unlocking indicator light twinkles, press "OK" again.
- Input "4,3" and press "OK". A long "di..." sound confirms public mode is turned off.
6. Turn On/Off Fake PIN Code Function:
- Input the current management password + OK. A long "di..." sound will be heard, and the unlocking indicator light will turn on.
- Press "OK" for at least 2 seconds; if the unlocking indicator light twinkles, press "OK" again.
- To turn on: Input "4,2" and press "OK". A long "di..." sound confirms Fake PIN code mode is turned on.
- To turn off: Input "4,1" and press "OK". A long "di..." sound confirms Fake PIN code mode is turned off.
7. Decode Function:
- If the password is forgotten, the decode number can be obtained by providing the code on the lock body or by using a USB-KEY with the distributor.
- This process will reset the management password to "4321" and the user password to "1234".
Maintenance Features
Troubleshooting Common Problems:

Problem: Inputting the password results in an alarm ("di..di..di.."), but the lock cannot be opened.
- Primary Cause: The password is wrong.
- Solution: Refer to the decode method to reset the password.
