- Warranty: 1-year warranty for manufacturing quality problems. Misuse, falling/dropping, no-reason returns, or not following manual instructions are not covered.
Usage Features:
- Assembly: The main handle is inserted into the top inlet, ensuring it's fully seated for PCB connection. The aluminum tube and water cup are secured with a release button. The battery pack and water cup are placed in their respective positions, with the battery connecting board inserted into the slot and LED lights facing outward. Water should be added to the water cup before assembly, ensuring the seal is tight and the cup surface is dry to prevent water from entering the machine or battery.
- Charging: The machine and power floor brush will not operate while charging. Connect the charger to an electrical power supply and the unit's charging socket. The battery status indicator lamps will dynamically shine during charging. Once fully charged, the lamps will turn off after 10 hours or remain on, depending on the design. The battery pack is detachable and can be charged separately.
- Detaching: Ensure the unit is disconnected from the charger and all switches are off before detaching. It's recommended to remove the battery pack and water tank first. To remove the water tank and battery, push the aluminum tube & water cup button, then pull the water tank off (it may require gentle wiggling if tight). Pull the battery pack upward to remove it. To remove the aluminum tube, push the aluminum tube & water cup button and pull the tube out.
- Operation Modes:
- Function A (Vacuuming & Power Brush for Hard Floors): Hold the main handle, push the main power switch to start both the vacuuming motor and power brush. Battery LED lamps will light up. Push the water spray button to activate water spray; the LED indicator will light up. Water will spray after a short delay (longer for the first use as the pipe system is empty). Pushing the button again stops the water spray. If the model has a BLDC motor, push the main button once for low speed, and again for high speed. A short push will switch it off.
- Function B (Only Vacuuming, Power Brush Off): With all switches off, turn on the switch on the battery pack to start the vacuuming motor. The power brush remains off. Push the battery pack switch again to stop the vacuuming motor, or use the main handle power switch.
- Function C (Only Power Brush, No Vacuuming): Push the power switch on the main handle, then push the switch on the battery pack. Only the power brush will work, and the vacuuming motor will stop. Push the main handle power switch again to turn it off. The water spray button can be used to spray water.
- Applications:
- Hard Floor Cleaning: Use Function A for wet and dry cleaning. Water can be sprayed to clean stuck-on dirt. Suitable detergent or water can be poured directly onto the floor. If too much water is on the floor, empty the dust cup to prevent mixing with dust.
- Polishing: Use Function C (power brush only, no vacuuming). Pour polishing or wax solution directly onto the floor to polish hard floors. For stuck-on dirt, pour water/detergent and polish until clean. A crevice nozzle can be used to spud up stubborn dirt.
- Storage: Store all accessories on the storage station. Place the station and machine with the battery LED lights facing the wall. If your model has a bottom mop, remove it before storage.
- Cautions: Do not fill the water cup with boiling water or heat it in a microwave. Avoid pushing the machine hard on the floor or treading on the power brush, as this can damage the motor and trigger protection. Avoid quick contact with walls/furniture to prevent power brush stoppage and protection trigger. Do not vacuum large objects, sharp objects, glass shards, burning items (matches, ashes, cigarette butts), chemical products, stone dust, gypsum, cement, flour, or similar particles. Do not exceed the liquid max mark when vacuuming liquids. Not suitable for inflammable, explosive, chemical, or aggressive liquids. Always store indoors in a dry location. In case of battery cell leaks, rinse affected skin/eyes with water and contact a physician. Use only manufacturer-recommended accessories. Do not use the adapter for other purposes or carry the station/adapter by the cable. Always grip the power plug to disconnect. Keep away from heating elements. Ensure ventilation slits are open to prevent overheating. Do not throw batteries into fire or subject them to high temperatures. Use caution on stairs. Do not use without the dust filter inserted. Use only the supplied charging station and adapter. Never try to recharge non-rechargeable batteries. Do not add chemical fluid to the water cup, as it may damage the pump. Do not pick up huge dust or water; if considerable water is needed, empty the dust cup to prevent filter clogging. Water should not exceed the Max level to prevent spraying from ventilation slits and machine damage.
Maintenance Features:
- Post-Operation: After each use, switch off all buttons. It's recommended to remove the battery pack to avoid accidental switch presses. Press the aluminum tube & water cup button to remove the water cup and battery pack.
- Emptying & Cleaning Dust Cup & Filters: Push up the dust cup button to remove the dust cup. Take out the filter set by following the arrow indications. All parts (filter, cyclone cone, mesh, fine dust cup, dust cup) must be cleaned or washed and then air-dried naturally before reassembly. Dirty water from the dust cup can be poured into a sewer or drain pipe. Solid dust cup/fine dust cup/filter (HEPA, fabric + sponge filter) can be tapped into a dust bin or washed. Ensure small holes in the solid dust cup are clean and unblocked to maintain suction power. Do not use a washing machine or hair dryer to dry filters; air dry only. Clogged filters will reduce suction.
- Reassembly: Assemble parts in reverse order. Three hooks on the filter casing and solid dust cup are designed for correct fit; one is larger than the other two. Check arrow indications carefully to prevent incorrect assembly, which could lead to dust entering the motor and PCB, potentially damaging the machine.
- Auto Mop Cleaning System: The machine has an auto mop cleaning system. During normal operation, the mop usually stays clean. If the rolling mop gets dirty due to very dirty floors or insufficient clean water:
- Place the machine in the center of the storage station.
- Hold the machine tightly, turn on the power switch, and turn off the vacuuming button so only the power brush works.
- Add clean water to the station, ensuring it's about 1 cm below the edge. Wash the mop for 10-20 seconds until clean. If still dirty, pour out dirty water and add fresh water, moving the brush front and back on the cleaning ribs.
- Pour dirty water into the sewer/drain pipe. Clean other parts as per point 2 if necessary.
- Place the machine in the storage station, hold it, turn on the power switch and vacuuming motor for a few seconds to squeeze out and dry the mop. Pour water from the storage station and dust cup into a drain pipe. Store the machine and all parts.
- Blocked Rolling Mop: If the rolling mop is blocked or noisy due to big dust, hair, plastic paper, cloth, etc., remove the blockage. First, remove debris between the mop and the bottom lip. If the blockage persists, remove the brush roll by pushing the power brush top lid button to clear blockages inside the power brush or hair around the fixture. Also, check the hose after the mop, the water spray slot, and the hose connection adapter/lid for dust. The water spray slot must not be blocked.
- Suction Inlet: The suction inlet must always be open and free of obstructions to prevent motor overheating and damage.
- Filter Replacement: It is recommended to clean the filter/dust cup after each operation and replace filters every 6-12 months for optimal performance.
- Power Brush Rolling Mop: Check the power brush rolling mop periodically for blockages or wear.
- System Protection: If the power brush rolling mop is blocked, the main vacuum motor inlet is jammed, or the battery is too hot, the system may activate protection. Use the charger to activate it. If problems persist, contact a qualified agent for repair.
- Storage (Long-term): For long-term storage (over 6 months), charge the machine once to prevent battery leakage below starting voltage.
- Cleaning the Machine: Clean the machine with a dry or wrung-out towel; never use a very wet towel.
