Insert secondary SIM
card (if applicable)

Open your web browser and enter the IP address 192.168.1.1
in the URL address bar

Under Configuration, click “Mobile.” Enter your service provider
name and connection parameters and click “Apply”
Your device is now configured. If you would like to verify your
connections go to step 6
NOTE: If you have difficulty discovering your device, make sure your
host computer is set up to obtain IP addresses automatically (DHCP
server is enabled by default on the device). Also ensure all firewall
software is temporarily disabled

Disconnect the Ethernet cross-over cable and reconnect it. This will re-establish the
Ethernet connection by assigning a new IP address through the DHCP server
To verify your Internet connection, enter a website of your choice
(e.g. www.digi.com) in the URL address bar of your browser and click “enter.” Connecting
to a website indicates the connection is working
For additional information about your cellular connection, click System Information > Mobile or
reference the User's Guide provided on the enclosed CD

Summary

Install PC Card or Module

Remove Cover

Remove the device cover to access the internal slots for installation.

Add Module and Antennas

Snap the module into place and connect antenna cables to primary and secondary antennas.

Replace Cover and Screws

Reattach the device cover and secure it with the original screws.

Apply Product Label

Peel and apply the product label to the top front edge of the device.

Insert SIM Card

Insert Primary SIM

Insert the SIM card into the primary SIM slot (upper slot if dual SIM).

Insert Secondary SIM

If applicable, insert a secondary SIM card into its designated slot.

Connect Hardware

Connect Cellular Antennas

Attach cellular antennas to the appropriate connectors on the device.

Connect Ethernet Cable

Connect an Ethernet cross-over cable from a PC to the device's Ethernet port.

Connect Power Supply

Connect the power supply to the device and a power source.

Configure Cellular Settings

Access Web Interface

Open a web browser and enter the IP address 192.168.1.1.

Enter Mobile Configuration

Navigate to Mobile settings, enter service provider name and connection parameters.

Validate Internet Connection

Reconnect Ethernet

Disconnect and reconnect the Ethernet cable to re-establish the connection.

Test Internet Access

Access a website in your browser to confirm the Internet connection is working.
