20 Echo mask
Defines characters that are not echoed when echo mode has been enabled using parameter 2.
Combinations of the above sets of characters are possible by adding the respective values
together.
21 Parity treatment
Sets use of parity generation/checking.
22 Page wait
Determines how many line feeds are sent to the terminal before output is halted on a page wait
condition. In other words, it defines the page length for paged mode output. A page wait
condition is cleared when the PAD receives a character from the terminal
