10 Foot controller set definitions
Each set definition is 10 bytes long. (10 * 10 = 100 bytes). Bytes 1-6 of
the set definition are used in 6 patch mode, bytes 1-10 are used in 10 patch
ode. Bytes 1-9 are patches 1-9, Byte 10 is patch 0.
Values of set definition bytes:
0 - 119 Program 1 - 120
120 Compressor Bypass

122 EQ Bypass
123 Noise Gate Bypass
124 FX Loop Bypass
125 FX Delay Bypass
