MEQ bypass link to continous controller
The continuous controller that is linked to the MEQ unit bypass. The value
of this byte may be 0 through 99. When the byte is 0, the MEQ unit bypass is
not linked to a continuous controller. Values 1 - 99 correspond to
continuous controllers 1 - 99.
Power up lock enable for MEQ 28
This byte has no effect on the MEQ 7, and MEQ 14. If this byte is set to
0A5h the MEQ 28 will power up in full lockout mode. If this byte is set to
0A3h the MEQ 28 will power up in semi lockout mode.
