1 Program Up
2 Program Down
3 Parameter Up
4 Parameter Down
5 Parameter Right
6 Parameter Left
7 Compare
8 Store
9 Name
10 Utility
11 Bypass
12 Repeat Hold
13 Select Program, use corresponding byte in the foot switch program table.
