INSERT SCREW THROUGH HOLE (located under tool caddy) ON BACK
OF CLEANER (diagram 3). PLACE BOLT ONTO END OF SCREW COMING
THROUGH BACK PANEL AND TIGHTEN TO SECURE HANDLE (diagram 4).
