The tracking sensitivity and flexibility of Osmo Mobile 3 have been greatly improved. Users can now record fast-
moving objects with ease. With ActiveTrack 3.0, you can focus more on controlling the camera position and choosing a
suitable shooting environment. Capturing children or pets have never easier.
With Osmo Mobile 3, even beginners can capture smooth footage. It is advantageous, especially when switching
between high and low angles or panning, keeping your footage smooth and clear.
Users can also enable ActiveTrack 3.0 in the DJI Mimo app’s Quick Menu. Press the M button to switch between
subjects quickly. After ActiveTrack 3.0 is enabled, the subject will be kept in the center of the screen, making this an
incredibly useful function for vlogging.
Demonstration
In ActiveTrack 3.0, Osmo Mobile 3 will automatically recognize and continue tracking if the subject leaves the frame for
1-2 seconds.
Frame the subject with your mobile device to start tracking. To ensure normal recognition, be sure to avoid shooting in
environments with crowds, complex lighting conditions, or obstacles that may block the subject.
Allow customers to frame a subject on the screen, then press the M button to select the subject, or use a gesture to
enable ActiveTrack 3.0.
