      Chase TorresAug 7, 2025
If the Laser LED and Status LED are both red on your DKT Comega Amplifier, it indicates that the optical input power of the EDFA does not meet the minimum requirement. First, measure whether the optical input power from the optical source or transmitter satisfies the minimum optical input power condition. If it does, clean the surface of the optical input connector.
