TEST ACTION APPLICABILITY
1 With the DRBIII select: 9Theft Alarm99VTSS99Miscellaneous99Auto Door Locks9
Does the DRB show 9Auto Door Locks: ENABLED9?
All
Yes → Go To 2
No → With the DRBIII, enable the Auto Door Locks and retest the
System.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
2 Ensure all doors are closed.
With the DRBIII read all DOOR AJAR states
Do any door ajar states show CLOSED?
All
Yes → Refer to symptom COURTESY LAMPS ON ATALL TIMES in the
INTERIOR LIGHTING category.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
No → Go To 3
3 With the DRBIII read 9Engine9 DTC’s.
Are there any TPS or Vehicle Speed DTC’s present?
All
Yes → Refer to symptom list for problems related to DRIVEABILITY..
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
No → Go To 4
4 If there are no possible causes remaining, view repair. All
Repair
Replace the Remote Keyless Entry Module.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
