Passenger Seat Easy Entry
On the passenger seat, pull forward on the lever located on the side of the seatback in
order to dump the seatback and slide the seat forward. Y ou can also temporarily remove
the seat belt from the guide loop on the seat and allow the seat belt to retract out of the
way. This allows for easier access to the rear seat. To return the seat to a normal seating
position, first return the seatback to its original recline location and then slide the entire
seat back to the pre-set lock position.
HEATED STEERING WHEEL
If your vehicle is equipped with a heated steering wheel, it contains a heating element that
will keep your hands warm in cold weather. The heated steering wheel has only one
temperature setting. Once the heated steering wheel has been turned on it can operate for
up to 120 minutes before automatically shutting off. The heated steering wheel can shut
off early or may not turn on when the steering wheel is already warm.
The heated steering wheel control button is located within the Uconnect system. Y ou can
gain access to the control button through the climate screen or the controls screen.
• Press the heated steering wheel button
once to turn the heating element ON.
• Press the heated steering wheel button
a second time to turn the heating element
OFF.
NOTE:
The engine must be running for the heated steering wheel to operate.
