ABS LAMP CIRCUIT OPEN
ABS LAMP CIRCUIT SHORTED
AIRBAG LAMP CIRCUIT OPEN
AIRBAG LAMP CIRCUIT SHORTED
Test Note: All symptoms listed above are diagnosed using the same tests.
The title for the tests will be ABS LAMP CIRCUIT OPEN.
When Monitored and Set Condition:
ABS LAMP CIRCUIT OPEN
When Monitored: The Instrument Cluster performs an indicator check each time the
CAB commands the indicator On or Off.
Set Condition: The Instrument Cluster detects an open in the ABS lamp driver circuit
(cluster internal).
ABS LAMP CIRCUIT SHORTED
When Monitored: The Instrument Cluster performs an indicator check each time the
CAB commands the indicator On or Off.
Set Condition: The Instrument Cluster detects a short in the ABS lamp driver circuit
(cluster internal).
AIRBAG LAMP CIRCUIT OPEN
When Monitored: The Instrument Cluster performs an indicator check each time the
ACM commands the indicator On or Off.
Set Condition: The Instrument Cluster detects an open in the Airbag lamp driver circuit
(cluster internal).
AIRBAG LAMP CIRCUIT SHORTED
When Monitored: The Instrument Cluster performs an Airbag indicator check each time
it receives a PCI Bus ACM command to turn the indicator On or Off.
Set Condition: The Instrument Cluster detects a short in the Airbag lamp driver circuit
(cluster internal).
