The HFS-10 Nuclear Radiation Detector is a compact, high-sensitivity dosimeter designed for monitoring X, β, and γ rays. It features a strong performance microprocessor and a 2.0-inch colorful TFT screen, offering a user-friendly interface and robust anti-interference capabilities. The device incorporates sound and light alarm functions, with a user-resettable alarm threshold to alert workers to potential safety concerns when radiation readings exceed predefined limits. Its technical specifications and operational features align with national and international standards for radiation detection.
The HFS-10 primarily measures real-time dose rate, average dose rate, and accumulated dosage. It provides continuous monitoring of radiation levels and calculates the total accumulated dosage over time. The device includes calibration functions to ensure accuracy. Users can set real-time dose rate alarm thresholds and total dose alarm thresholds, which are continuously adjustable.
A timing measurement function allows users to set a "Measurement Time" ranging from 0 to 999 hours and a "Start Delay" from 0 to 99 hours. During timing measurement, the device will reset real-time dose rate, average dose rate, accumulated time, and accumulated dosage to zero after the "Start Delay" countdown finishes, then begin statistical measurement of radiation dosage and total dosage ratio. Measurement data is automatically saved upon completion of timing measurements and can be reviewed in the "Records" interface.
The device features an over-limit alarm function, triggering an alarm if radiation levels exceed the set thresholds. It can save the historical records of the most recent 10 timing measurements. A built-in calendar/clock function ensures the clock remains operational even after power-off. Battery operation is indicated by a battery power icon on the display. In case of a sensor failure, the screen will prompt "Equipment already damaged." If the detector screen is in sleep mode and detects radiation dosage exceeding the alarm threshold, it will automatically alarm and jump to the radiation measurement page.
For X-ray detection, the device serves as a reference for testing radiation intensity but may not meet specific energy responding requirements.
