Deteriorated fuel makes starting more difficult, replace with new one (recommended replacement: 1 month). If there's excessive fuel suction, set the throttle lever from medium to high speed and pull the starter handle until the engine starts. If it still won't start, remove the spark plug, dry the electrode, reassemble, and try starting again. If none of these steps work, there may be an issue with the car...
