7.1 Switching on the refrigerator
Operation with 230 Vw
➤ Switch on the refrigerator by turning the energy selection switch into the
position for 230 Vw (fig. 4, page 4).
Operation with 12 Vg

➤ Switch on the refrigerator by turning the energy selection switch into the
position for 12 Vg (fig. 5, page 4).
Operation with gas
I
➤ Make sure that the gas supply is turned on.
➤ Turn the energy selection switch to the position for gas operation (fig. 6,
page 4).
➤ Set the temperature control to the maximum (fig. 7, page 4).
➤ Press in the temperature regulator and hold it down.
➤ Also press in the battery ignition and hold it down (fig. 8, page 4).
✓ Ignition takes place automatically. The needle on the flame indicator
moves to the green area (fig. 9, page 4) once the burner has been
ignited.
✓ Hold down the temperature regulator for an additional 15 seconds.
NOTE
Only select the 12 Vg mode if the engine is switched on to
prevent the battery from being discharged.
NOTE
If operated with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), the burner
requires more frequent cleaning (2 – 3 x a year).
