Displayed faults and signal tone (RML9431 and RML9435 only)
Faults are indicated by the flashing of individual buttons on the control panel,
a beep or a combination of both.
Display Problem Suggested remedy
With AC operation:
and flashing, a
beep is emitted for
20 seconds
The AC heating
element is defective.
Contact the authorised
customer service.
With DC operation:
and flashing, a
beep is emitted for
20 seconds
The DC heating
element is defective.
and flashing, a
beep is emitted for
20 seconds
The burner or the
cooling unit is defec-
tive.
and bright

The burner or the
cooling unit is defec-
tive.

The temperature
sensor has no contact
or is defective.
With AC operation:
and flashing, a
beep is emitted for

The power supply is
not available or insuffi-
cient.
Check the AC power cable, the
power supply and the fuse.
With DC operation:

beep is emitted for
20 seconds
The power supply is
not available or insuffi-
cient.
Check the DC power cable, the
vehicle battery and the fuse.
RML9435 only: Check the
D+ signal on the vehicle.
With gas and automatic
operation:
and flashing, a
beep is emitted for
20 seconds
The burner flame is not
ignited.
Check the gas supply
(gas cylinder, gas valve).
Press the button once the
fault is rectified.
With gas operation:
and bright
flashing
The burner flame is not
ignited.
