To clear one loop at once:

PAD1 to PAD8 to clear the current mode
MEDO allows progress movement during the loop recording. You can move backward or
move forward the playback progress in the loop so that helps you to create notes quickly.
1. Press the combination buttons and PAD10 with your fingers in sequence, slide your
