FUEL PUMP
DRIVER MODULE
• The vehicle side harness that connects to the OEM fuel pump driver is tted with a Terminal
Position Assurance (TPA) lock, which is a white clip. The TPA lock may be incompatible with
Dorman fuel pump drivers. Remove TPA lock if necessary.
• Your vehicle may have an Inertia Fuel Shuto (IFS) switch. This switch can mimic the failure
of a fuel pump module if it has been triggered. Ensure this switch has not been triggered
before installing a new module. See your vehicle’s factory service manual for exact location
of this switch on your vehicle.
