What to do if my dōTERRA Accessories diffuser has no mist or abnormal mist?

If your dōTERRA Accessories diffuser isn't producing mist, or the mist is behaving strangely, several factors could be at play. Start by checking if the top cover or inner lid is correctly placed and secured over the silicone ring. An improperly fitted cover can disrupt misting. Also, ensure that the air inlet isn't blocked by anything and that the device is placed on a hard surface. Buildup of oil on the mist plate or dust on the bottom air inlet can also affect performance, so follow the cleaning and maintenance instructions. Finally, make sure the water level does not exceed the Max Water Level Marker.
