Step 5 : Marking of the opennings - Installation on to the conveyor using the mounting
brackets. Mark a suitable opening on the required side for:
1- Position the marking head. It must take into account the focal distance of the
lens which equips the LASER head.
2- Entry of the accessories (photocells, extractor nozzle, air dryer,…)
3 - Product travel through the tunnel (mark the position on the input/ outputs
plates (without mounting the plates)
Cut the openings on the marked-out sections of the plates.
Step 6 : Place the tunnel input and output plates. They are cutted according conveyor
configuration and add the seals
