Typical Frequency of change (cooling system FS400 filter):
Standard environment = once a year,
Severe (dusty) environment = one (1) time every 6 months.
During regular maintenance, clean up :
- IP54 Cooling fans in the marking head,
- IP65 air outlet,
- Lens using MI lens tissue
Check efficiency of the extractor installation
Maintenance contracts
Among all maintenance contracts available today:
Preventive = Access, Proactive= Standard, Full maintenance = Premium, and Leasing.
Recommendation to promote the maintenance contracts along the warranty period.
It is recommended to sell the contract before the end of the warranty period.
Spare parts policy
The after sales policy is based on 3 keys of success:
• Fast response time,
• Level 2 diagnosis within the region,
• Distribution support (Level 3).
The following table gives the parts which are authorized to replace during an intervention
on site according to printer type.
Notes:
1- Not authorized: In this case, it is mandatory to change the head by a new one
(on customer site) and to repair at component level the replaced head in the
regional repair center.
2- Not recommended: risk of loose the optimal performances.
3- 7031 HD G2: second generation of HD head, first S/N is: E112191833.
