Checking points (2/2)
Marking head Checking 20min
Check lighting of the lights (Auto test).
Clean lens with appropriate lint free.
Clean Galvo’s mirrors with appropriate lint free (necessary).
Clean fans (if necessary).
If a hot spot has been made on the lens, turn it or change the focal lens.
Control big cable connection.
Control shutter activation.
Check focal distance.
Extraction system Checking 15min
Clean outlets, inlets and nozzle of the hoses.
Check efficiency of the extraction system (cleanliness, positioning and pressure adjustment).
Change the appropriated filters (perform adjustment)
Check nozzle position.
AIR regulation Checking (IP65 release) 5min
Check pipes connections.
Check air regulator pressure settings.
Check air regulator filters.
Safety system Checking 15min
Check Carbon beam stop position.
Check photocell and encoder position and clean them.
Check Emergency stop button.
Check External interlock.
Check if safety Labels are applied on safety protection.
Check aspect of the tunnel.
Final Measurement
After all checking points, Service engineer has to perform a marking test and measurement of the
power outlet of the marking head with the laser power probe ENM70264.
The marking test will be done on the customer’s substrate and attached with the document.
