INCIDENT Message is not printed
PROBLEM
There is no beam output the marking head (0Watt measured).
CAUSE
Settings changed
Umbilical connection
The laser source or galvos are damaged
Safety device chain is open
Shutter failed to open
PSU 48V is failed or PSU 15V is failed
Interconnect Head Assembly
Settings changed
• Check power adjustment, Duty Cycle, Frequency.
• Turn Off and On power key.
Umbilical connection:
• Check if umbilical is correctly plugged
The laser source or galvos are damaged
• Please check Galvo’s mirrors
• If power loss is >50%, replace marking head.
Safety device chain is open
• Interlock is open: Check the jumper on Industrial Interface board or interlock line.
• Emergency stop button is activated: Release it.
• External Emergency stop line is open: Check the jumper on Industrial Interface
board or emergency line.
Shutter failed to open
• Shutter assembly is defective and do not react after turning the shutter key:
Replace the shutter assembly.
PSU 48V is failed/PSU 15V is failed
• Laser beam is activated when the PSU 48V is in the range 40V to 54V : Change
the PSU 48V or Change the PSU 15V
TS STEPS
Interconnect Head Assembly:
• Open laser head back plate and check connections and electronic board. Replace
the board if needed.
