- No Display 7000
INCIDENT There is no Display
CAUSE
Screen saver is activated
Auxiliary PSU 5/12/24V is defective
Display connector is unplugged
Back light board 7000 (Black screen)
PC board is failed
Screen saver is activated
• Hit the touch screen
Auxiliary PSU 5/12/24V is defective
• Check the Leds: Replace the Auxiliary PSU 5/12/24V if needed.
Display connectors are unplugged (White screen)
• Plug the display connectors
Back light board 7000 (Black screen)
• Check back light board’s connector
• Replace board
TS STEPS
PC board is failed
• Check the Leds : Replace the PC board
- White Display 7000
INCIDENT Nothing is displayed (white screen)
CAUSE
Jumper configuration
5315 cable defective
CMOS configuration lost
Jumper configuration
• Check PC board jumpers position under the DB9 connector
5315 cable defective
• Check if the cable is correctly plugged and connectors are not damaged
