SPS Replacing Shutter Assy 2/3
Remove the beam expander by pushing the
swollen block and pulling it upwards.

In case of marking head equipped with
NM70227), the shutter must be
replaced by the version 2 (ENM70339) which is

CAUTION: Removal shutter assembly may
be difficult due to the Silicon on 7031 head
Remove the 4 screws and remove the
Reassemble/reconnect all parts/connector in the reverse order :
Reinstall the laser source plate in its holding block and ensure all cables are secured in position.
CAUTION : After opening IP65 head, gaskets must be replaced
Refit all screws on the rear plate and the front plate.
CAUTION: Tighten the tree first little screws on front plate before fixing all other screws.
