Special Tools
Allen Key 2mm - Allen Key 3mm -
Hexagonal key - Depth gauge
Prerequisite
Switch off the laser / Unplug from the mains supply/ Disconnect the cable
Remarks
WARNING: after opening IP65 heads, gaskets must be replaced
This procedure is applicable to HD 0° head models

Remove all CHC screws on the front
plate. (9x 3mm and 3x 2.5mm)
Remove the front plate (in two parts)
CAUTION: disconnect the cable for the
witness lamp from the marking head
assembly.

Remove all CHC screws on the back
plate (8x 3mm & 3 x 2.5mm)
CAUTION: disconnect the cables from
the interconnect board at the rear of
the head

Remove the laser source plate from the
cover
Be careful, some screws inside rub the
holding block.
