15.2 Pump Replacement

Trip sheer valve.

Lower the internal pressure by shutting down remote pump and activate unit by lifting the
nozzle.

Loosen the fittings on the pump tubes and disconnect tubes. Fig 15.20.

Use 2.5 mm Allen wrench and remove three screws on pump and pull pump from motor.

Install new pump in reverse order.

Reset sheer valve
