Loosen flex-tube at iMeter2 as shown below. Allow the pipes to pour into a suitable
container to catch pumped liquid.

To fill the flex pipes with liquid, do the following:3.
Press the CRC button on iGEM2 (see the arrow below) to enable the IR re-
mote control.
