screws.
Be sure to use the correct screws when
reinstalling.

Using a 10 mm open end wrench, loosen the (2) hex head screws securing the valve retaining
bracket to the meter, and rotate retaining plate upward. (C) Note: On iMeter2, the two hex
socket head screws are on a diagonal, therefore, rotate valve as needed to access one of
the screws at a time.

Continue with the steps below to change the proportional valve. To change the check valve,
see instructions in the Check Valve Replacement section.

Install new o-ring on new valve and on product tube, then lubricate with petroleum jelly.

Install new valve into meter and resecure valve retaining bracket.

Reinstall tube into valve and reinstall the lock pin.
